At Quality Paint and Coatings (QPC), there are four large-truck capacity paint booths with in-ground pits. The painting of underside framework is accomplished more quickly and easily, facilitating the inspection and work on the underside of vehicles without using a hoist.
An overhead crane, operating through a retractable roof, hoists large axles and parts for easy accessibility, facilitating consistent application of coating.
Equipped with air-assisted airless sprayers, QPC offers a top-of-the-line, controlled paint delivery system. Digitally displaying the outflow pressure, the sprayers apply materials at a lower pressure, resulting in an exceptional finish. Filters within the system prevent clogs that can slow down the production. This state-of-the-art spray equipment guarantees precision performance.
Advantages of airless spray are:
- Pits and crevices are minimized with better coating penetration.
- The number of coats required is reduced because of the uniformity of the coating application.
- Good adhesion and flow-out is ensured with a very “wet” application.
- Uniform coating thicknesses are facilitated.

Before delivery, a final visual inspection is conducted to ensure that every product is free from unsightly imperfections such as runs, pinholes, orange peel, sanding marks and overspray.
