Quality Paint and Coating’s (QPC) dual facilities offer inside and outside storage. Pallet racks provide storage for smaller parts, while larger parts and vehicles can be stored inside or outside of our fenced-in facility, depending on the client needs.
Loading docks, several large garage doors, forklifts and crane units help move parts to and from trucks, and around our facility with care and ease.
All parts are inspected upon arrival, and then taken to a proper storage location to await the start of its process. The parts are then entered into our computers and tracked throughout the entire process, giving us a single point to instantly know where in process your product is currently.
Once the process is complete, whether it is blasting, coating, painting or all of the above, the parts are neatly prepared and secured on pallets, and again stored properly until they are ready to leave our facility. Turnaround time on parts depends on the process and quantity for that particular part, but with proper notice can be as little as next-day, or in extreme cases, on the same day.
At QPC, we have our own fleet of trucks including semis with box trailers and flatbeds, pickup trucks, and other vehicles to pick up and deliver parts and other cargo. This gives us greater flexibility to process and deliver your parts, whether they are local or around the midwest. We also have drivers on staff to pick up and deliver entire vehicles that need to be processed, freeing up your staff and drivers time to keep your business running smoothly. QPC has direct access to Wisconsin State Highway 44 at both locations, and the Oshkosh facility is only 2ΒΌ miles west of Wisconsin State Highway 41.
If needed, our Pickett facility also has direct railway access allowing you to ship your parts to and from any point in the world.
